Swedes are open-minded, have a relaxed attitude toward nudity and sex and many like to swim or sunbathe in the nude. These 7 top nude beaches are especially popular among local and visiting nudists.
1.Agesta Nude Beach
Agesta is an official nudist beach in the Swedish capital. Not only can you take a splash in the lake, but the picnic table and BBQ areas which are surrounded by trees. The nude beach offers public facilities, picnic tables and play areas, as well as a nice sandy area. To get there from Stockholm take bus – lines 742 or 833 and get off at the stop Rödmossevägen. Or if you are going by car, drive to the southern end of Lake Magelungen and follow the signs to Agesta nude beach.
2.Tullan Nude Beach
Tullan beach is approximately 30 minutes from Stockholm. Only the northern side of the beach is nude and quite rocky, so bring something soft to lie on.
3.Säbyträsk Nude Beach
Säbyträsk nude beach is about 30 minutes away from Stockholm and it can be reached by bus line 670 to “Pollacktorp” and walk back half a kilometer, turn left to get to Säbyträsk lake.
4.Truvebadet Nude Beach
Truvebadet Nude Beach is a popular Swedish in Gothenburg area and only part of it is a nudist beach, which you will tell by the signs. It’s an easy beach to find by driving to the town of Lidköping and taking road 44 just 5 km east to Lake Vänern.
5. Smitska Udden Nude Beach
This nude beach in Goteborg, is probably one of the nicest beach in Sweden. Only part of this beach is a nude beach, so look for the Stensholmen Nakenbad sign – meaning naked bath- on the rocks to make sure which part of Smitska Udden beach you’re on.
6. Mollön Peninsula Beach
This is an unofficial sandy nude beach and it has a regular and a nude part.
